LAUNCH AT A LANDMARK

From entering through the iconic Tower Doors into the Foyer, guests will be impressed by a unique arrival moment. The space allows for extensive branding opportunities both inside and outside the entrance, with ample room for a step and repeat, press pit, interview line and media moments, making it ideal for brand activations and product launches.

From the Foyer, guests ascend the sweeping marble staircase into the Vestibules, which form the main heart of the event. This space works beautifully for catering and experiential moments, with room for a large central statement bar, hero product display or installation.

The Vestibules are open and free-flowing, yet naturally zoned, allowing brands to create distinct moments – from product discovery and content capture to socialising and service, without the event ever feeling fragmented. The Long Room can be used as an extension of the experience, whether as an additional activation space, immersive brand moment, or a surprise speakeasy reveal later in the evening, giving the launch a memorable final flourish.

CAPACITIES & SCALABILITY

The Vestibules and Long Room combined can host up to 600 guests standing and 120 people seated, but space works exceptionally well for events of 100 guests or fewer, as it’s such a scalable and versatile space.

A range of breakout and supporting spaces are available, including The Long Room, Grand Officers, South Gallery, The Gallery, Grand Officers Suite, and the Foyer. Additionally, three Committee Rooms can be booked as green rooms subject to availability.

AV & PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

Work with our trusted partners at 60 Great Queen Street for technical freedom and creative control. Take advantage of exceptional production potential, with trusted preferred suppliers, excellent WiFi, and no weight bearing restrictions for lighting rigs or staging installations. High ceilings, mezzanine levels and can support sound levels up to 110 decibels, and can be fully blacked out for dramatic lighting and immersive event design.

CATERING & VENUE HIRE

 

All catering is delivered by our in-house partner, Moving Venue.

Venue hire starts from £10,500 + VAT per live day and £5,250 + VAT per rig day, including baseline security and cleaning during standard access hours of 7:00am–11:00pm.
