Frequently asked Questions

Why Choose 60 Great Queen Street for Conference Venue Hire in London?

When it comes to conference venue hire in London, it’s not just about location, it’s about the experience you create for your guests. At 60 Great Queen Street, you have access to two very distinct conference spaces, each offering something completely different depending on the style of event you’re looking to deliver.

The Grand Temple sits at the heart of the building and is one of London’s most impressive auditorium spaces. With fixed tiered seating, a permanent stage and exceptional sightlines, it’s designed for scale and impact. This is where we host everything from global brand launches and film premieres through to large scale summits, tech conferences and awards style events. The space is incredibly production friendly, with extensive rigging capabilities and very few limitations when it comes to transforming the environment. Whether that’s a full stage build, catwalk, immersive lighting design or branded takeover, the Grand Temple gives you the freedom to create something memorable.

In contrast, The Gallery offers a much more intimate and flexible setting. It’s ideal for conferences of up to 150–180 guests and works particularly well for cabaret-style layouts, panel discussions and more content-led sessions where interaction is important. The space feels lighter and more contemporary, while still reflecting the character of the building, and pairs naturally with the adjoining Ante Room for catering and networking. Together, these spaces give you the flexibility to scale your event in a way that suits your content and audience, whether that’s a high-production plenary or a more collaborative conference environment.

What production and AV support comes with your conference venue hire in London?

Production is a key part of what makes events here so effective. We work with accredited suppliers, who know the building inside out and can support everything from straightforward conference setups through to fully produced, large scale events.

In the Grand Temple, the production possibilities are extensive. The space is built to handle complex technical setups and allows for a high level of creativity, whether that’s through lighting, staging or branding. It works just as well for keynote-led conferences as it does for more immersive, high impact experiences.

In The Gallery, the focus is on delivering a clean and professional conference environment. We can offer turnkey packages that cover everything from screens and sound to lighting and on site technical support, making it a straightforward and reliable option for content led events.

Across both spaces, you’re supported by a team that understands how to deliver events properly, not just from a technical perspective, but in a way that enhances the overall experience for your audience.
