Case Study: Karina Bond SS26 – London Fashion Week
This September, 60 Great Queen Street was once again a focal point of London Fashion Week, hosting three shows. One of which was the visionary designer Karina Bond for her Spring/Summer 2026 show.
Renowned for her boundary-pushing approach to sustainable fashion, Karina unveiled a striking new collection that fused technology and artistry, featuring sculptural garments hand-crafted from biocompatible, biodegradable TPU and PLA filaments, each meticulously drawn with a 3D pen.
Set within The Vestibules, the show unfolded amid the venue’s signature Art Deco grandeur that perfectly echoed the futuristic craftsmanship of Karina’s work.
The Brief
Following the success of her previous show at 60 Great Queen Street, Karina approached the events team to return:
“I would really love to return and showcase my latest Spring/Summer 26 collection with you this September for London Fashion Week as a catwalk show. I’m still in awe of the Vestibules and would love to present there this season.”
Karina sought a central London location that could marry architectural impact with functional versatility, a space that would reflect her dedication to innovation, sustainability and design integrity.
The Vestibules were selected for their timeless character and dramatic symmetry, providing an environment where fashion could meet art in an immersive experience.

The abundance of backstage areas, describing them as “brilliant – we were spoilt for choice.”

The Result
“I have worked with 60 Great Queen Street last year for my London Fashion Week catwalk show and decided to pick the venue again for LFW this season. The event organisation process was made straightforward, and Rebecca, Laura and the rest of the events team were all super helpful and always ready to answer any questions. They also have a very good list of production companies and suppliers who know the venue well. The space is absolutely stunning, but beyond this, everyone was a delight to work with in the lead up, and on the day of my show. The Vestibules are a particularly amazing venue for a fashion show, because the backstage spaces are enormous, the facilities on site are great, and also the location is fantastic as you’re right in the centre of London. I will definitely be coming back!”
