Event Overview
OFI selected 60 Great Queen Street to host an exclusive VIP lunch for approximately 250–300 senior guests. The event was designed to showcase the venue’s heritage and provide an elevated hospitality experience, combining premium catering with immersive elements celebrating the history of the building.
Key Event Features
- Exclusive lunch event for 250–300 guests within the Vestibules.
- Champagne reception, bespoke cocktail and premium food offering including canapés, bowl food and interactive food stations.
- Guests were invited to explore the Museum and Library before the event, adding an additional experiential element.
- Three guided tours of the Grand Temple were delivered throughout the event, allowing guests to experience one of London’s most iconic spaces.

Outcome
The event successfully combined premium hospitality with the rich heritage of 60 Great Queen Street, creating a memorable experience for OFI’s VIP guests and demonstrating how corporate events can be elevated through thoughtful storytelling, bespoke catering and immersive venue experiences.

We also worked with Velvet on the furniture layout, and their team were great in helping us make the most of the space while creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
